2. Customers can then expect an email from info@vooshtt.com within 10 mins after submitting the form which will include the fees accordingly

3. Customers will have to reply to the email stating the delivery is confirmed and to proceed with coordinating an Agent. Payments are to be made directly to our account online.

4. Customers will then get emails based on the process of the delivery i.e. when a driver is on the way to collect the packages and when the driver has completed the delivery.
