The company’s operating guidelines are that the approved facilities can be suspended if the Client fails to adhere to the following guidelines: 1. Booking confirmation: Clients will receive an email from info@vooshtt.com which states the receiver's name, date, and time for delivery. Any information regarding the deliveries can be sent to this same email address. 2. Packaging: Clients are responsible for the proper packaging of all items that are being delivered. VOOSH Agents will provide Clients with proper stickers (1 per package) which will be completed with sender and receiver information and then stuck onto delivery items. Free envelops to accommodate for small items and extra security can be provided by the VOOSH Agents upon request. 3. Goods-in-transit: VOOSH Agent are held liable for the packages while in their possession. Clients can ensure their goods by submitting a value total of items being delivered via email (info@vooshtt.com). Should anything happen to these goods-in-transit, VOOSH is responsible for paying 10% of the value stated for the item at the end of the month. 4. Labor services: VOOSH provides a delivery service and is not inclusive of labor. However, if labor is needed, a request can be made at least one (1) day in advance. The payment for the requested labor will be added to the total delivery cost or billed at the end of the month. 5. Penalties applied: Cancelling if a driver is already on the way, the Client has to pay 50% of the total delivery charge. No show if a driver is already at the pick-up location, the full delivery charge is kept and will not be refunded to the Client. Our agents can wait for 10 minutes thereof but once the driver leaves, the delivery charge is not refunded. Failure to pay month-end once Client has credit approval, interest will be added thereinafter until payment is made.
